Description of the training Hydraulic distribution :

Flow direction

Objective:
To be capable of establishing flow direction in hydraulic circuits.

Level: School certificate to A level equivalent
Guidance: This course is of major importance for all technicians, whatever their field of activity.

 Pipe sizing (Closed circuits)

Objective:
To be able to size pipes for heating and air-conditioning systems.

Level: A level equivalent
Guidance: This course is very important for design department technicians in charge of water, heating and air-conditioning networks.
Study of the first 2 paragraphs will be useful whatever the level or sector of activity.

Calculation of heat losses and pump Tdh values

Objective:
To be able to determine equipment pressure losses; to be able to determine pressure losses of taps from their coefficient Kv.; to be able to determine the Tdh of pumps in closed circuits.

Level: A level equivalent
Guidance: The subject is essential for work in a technical design office.

Hydraulic Decoupling cylinders

Objective:
To understand the role of hydraulic decoupling cylinders (also called hydraulic compensators). To be able to size and adjust them.

Level: School certificate to HND
Guidance: Decoupling cylinders are very common in hydraulic networks, both for heating and air conditioning. A good understanding of their working principles is very important for technicians.
